Can you include .3MF to the list of re-compressible formats? Its structure is similar to MS Office 2007 documents and Open Document Format. It is a ZIP Deflate archive with XML data and some JPG, and/or PNG pictures inside. Otherwise, if I try to compress .3MF it bearly makes it smaller unless I recompress .3MF to the Store setting then it makes it a lot smaller.
Wish they all would move to 7zip ZSTD in the first place so that the optimized file size with FileOptimizer would be 50% of the ZIP Deflate version. And there would be no extra compression needed :)

    Optimize archive on Context Menu
    W

I noticed that the option to add the optimize archive function to the context menu is missing on Windows 10.
Opening each archive with the interface in order to click it becomes tedious with many files.

Same for others functions like Remove Archive Encryption

      Hi,

Can you add to the Optional Virus Scanner List Avast! Antivirus.

I have included the default directory and the .exe file for quick scans.

      Directory
      C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4

      .exe Scan Launcher
      ashQuick.exe

      C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ashQuick.exe

I have to set this everytime i install a new version and although it isnt hard it would be nice for PA to automatically do this for me.

        Hi,

To do this on avast, does PowerArchiver require any other switches on the .exe you point to?

        Thanks, Andrew Robinson.

No switches are required. Just select ashQuick.exe as the Optional Virus scanner and thats you done. :)

Are you saying that when upgrading PA, this configuration is lost? I don’t think that should happen (within PA 10.x.x releases anyway). Not sure if it would be kept going from PA 9 to PA 10

Working on any upgrade of PA i allways lost my settings for Avast Antivirus, thats why I wanted it installed as default.

Then Again, I upgrade and downgrade allot for Testing purposes so I guess that doesnt help. :D
