I dont mind volunteering! I check PA At home and at work during the day! as well as recently warning and red carding spammers! Give me the ability to delete them and I will be more than happy to assit!

Some posts are obvious spam, but some may be questionable and I would propose a “quarantine” rather than immediate delete - just in case. :p

Note: There is a need to monitor replies (as well as new threads) without “destroying” the existing thread.

there is easy way to simply select post and delete as spam, bam user, without affecting rest of the thread :-)

okay, so all of you + amh are now mods as well… you should be able to select any post then click on delete post as spam in moderation dropdown and it will give you easy option to delete all posts by user as well as ban him (indefintly).

this is of course to be done only with spammers :-).

When you delete some post, use delete as spam, as it will give you option to ban user as well (and always ban people who post spam).

I dont get spammers! i really dont. In work we get loads of Spam mostly for viagra and it all comes from China!

Our IT Department also don’t host any brains so we never get at moderation on spam.

I think its a fantastic idea to have a group of moderators as for any new prospective customers it doesnt give a could impression if your Support Forum is full of Porn or links to pills etc.
